4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.

Payment Methods:

Pricing:

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Shipping:

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• In original condition
• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

• Bivy Sacks (due to hygiene reasons)
• Camp Accessories with opened packaging or signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition or missing tags

Return Process:

Contact our customer service at [email protected] within the 15-day window. We will provide a Return Authorization Form and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and should complete customs documentation declaring items as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
