Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Our goal is to get your adventure gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Flat Rate Fee: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition.
  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and well-being of all our adventurers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bivy Sacks: Due to the intimate nature of their use.
  • Camp Accessories: If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing tags.
Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization Form and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the completed form, and ship it to the address we provide.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow additional time for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Exchange Processing

  • Your new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned product.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
  • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

A Note for International Adventurers

For our customers outside the US (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please complete any required customs documentation, declaring the items as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
