Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bivy Sacks (due to their intimate nature of use)
  • Camp Accessories that have been opened or used
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will email you a return authorization form and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the completed return authorization form in your package
  6. Ship your return to the address provided in the instructions
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution’s policies

Exchange Processing

If you’re exchanging an item:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive the returned product
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please ensure you complete any required customs documentation indicating the returned goods are being sent back to the retailer
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
